At ARVON, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
• The product should not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products purchased during sale or clearance offers.
• Used, washed, or damaged products.
• Products returned without original packaging or tags.

SIZE EXCHANGE

We offer one-time size exchange subject to stock availability.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details at:

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ARVON is not responsible for lost return shipments.
