1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse your favorite products, select the required size, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete the payment or choose Cash on Delivery (if available), and your order will be confirmed.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected PIN codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply depending on your order value and location.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (Eligible Locations)

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.


4. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during sales, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email and SMS/WhatsApp (where available).

You can use the link to track your order in real time.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns.


7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not been shipped, we will try our best to update your address.

Once dispatched, address changes are generally not possible.


8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please share:

  • An Unboxing Video (Recommended)

9. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. Eligible products can be returned or exchanged according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging

10. When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the required details.


11. Do you ship across India?

Yes.

ARVON currently delivers to most serviceable PIN codes across India.


12. Do you ship internationally?

At present, ARVON ships only within India.

International shipping will be introduced in the future.


13. How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide to help you choose the perfect fit.

If you’re still unsure, our support team will be happy to assist you.


14. My order is delayed. What should I do?

Sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or high order volumes.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
