At ARVON, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and efficiently. Every product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

By placing an order on www.arvon.co.in, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all Prepaid Orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may attract a standard shipping charge, which will be displayed during checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected PIN codes.
  • A nominal COD handling fee may be applicable depending on your order value and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email
  • Shipping Confirmation Email
  • SMS/WhatsApp Tracking Updates (where available)

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD service is available only for eligible PIN codes.

To reduce fraudulent orders, ARVON reserves the right to verify COD orders via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.


Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

the shipment may be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin).

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • High order volumes during sales or festive seasons

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Damaged, Tampered or Missing Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or if any product is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please keep:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the package
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

This helps us resolve your concern more quickly.


International Shipping

Currently, ARVON ships only within India.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
